We all know that when problems occur with your home they can be stressful, so we aim to make dealing with them as simple as possible.
Let Only
For any Let Only properties, you will need to contact your landlord direct.
Fully Managed
For any fully managed properties, you can contact the Property Management team. Details of which you will find in your Tenancy Pack. You will have access to a 24/7 phone line for any emergencies.
Emergencies Include:
- Serious damage caused by storm, accident or flooding
- The property is insecure
- Serious electrical faults and no lighting/power
- No hot water
- No heating (1 October – 30 April)
- Burst pipe and uncontrollable plumbing leaks
- Blocked or leaking drains
- Toilet not working, where there is only one toilet in the property
*Please note you may be charged for false call-outs/missed appointments, please refer to your tenancy agreement for more information.
